Indigenous Innovations LLC is a 100% Native American Owned Company; Walter & Daphine Barber are the Principal Owners and both are enrolled tribal members with the Navajo Indian Tribe. Walter (originally of Sanostee, NM-30 miles south of Shiprock, NM-parents are Walter Sr. & Pauline Barber) & Daphine (originally of Hogback, NM-parents are David & Mabel Lansing) both are life-time residents of San Juan County; both Walter & Daphine were raised on the Navajo Indian Reservation; it's where they both believe that self employment was taught and a living is made through the cultural traditions of raising livestocks & weaving rugs for their folks to earn income for the family.   Walter & Daphine originated their business in July of 2012 from their home in Nenahnezad-a Navajo Community (just outside of Fruitland, NM); then later moved their business to Farmington, NM. Walter & Daphine’s important initiative is to assist the citizens and the communities they serve through cross cultural communication and to extend their services to commercial/governmental clientele through partnerships and networking.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & ADVERTISING MISSION STATEMENT:
Our mission is to provide your organization with dynamic and vibrant marketing strategies, whether it’s a logo design and/or something as complex as putting together effective media campaigns. We help our clientele become leaders in their field by providing outstanding graphic design materials in addition to marketing utilities that are subjective and identifiable to each organization’s brand.

NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION MISSION STATEMENT:

STATUTORY AUTHORITY:
Under the Authority provided by Section 6083 of the Deficit Reaction Act amended section 1902(a) of the Social Security Act (the Act) by adding a new section 1902(a)(70), which allows States to amend their Medicaid State plans to establish a non-emergency medical transportation brokerage program without regard to statutory requirements for comparability, state-wideness, and freedom of choice. This proposed regulation would provide States with the flexibility granted by the statute.
Extended Under the Authority provided by Sec. 1102 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1302), which implements 45 CFR part 92.36, the Code of Federal Regulations, the Indigenous Innovations LLC has the responsibility to provide non-emergency medical transportation services, in selected geographical area of the United States of America where a contract exist for service.
In addition, Indigenous Innovations LLC abides to Public Law 101-630, Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act, and Public Law 101-647, Crime Control Act.
